KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) INFORMATION TEXT
As our company, we respect and value your privacy. Therefore, we would like to provide information about the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), which is in effect to protect your fundamental rights and freedoms regarding the use of your personal data.
This disclosure statement has been prepared to inform you about the purpose, scope, and duration of the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and other matters that may affect you.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be processed by the Companies for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages to your contact information for general and personalized advertising and promotional purposes, and for analysis limited to these purposes, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
PARTIES TO WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your collected personal data may be transferred to the Companies' suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and authorized private persons, for the purposes explained above, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL REASON OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, based on the legal grounds related to your explicit consent and the legitimate interests of the Companies, for the purposes of sending you commercial electronic messages and analyzing your personal data through various forms you will verbally provide or fill out, in physical environments such as stores, dealers, etc. and/or electronically through channels such as websites, mobile applications, call centers, etc., through the channel through which you contact us.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER AS STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW
As a personal data subject, we hereby inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of your personal data, if any,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally,
- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, and to request notification of the action taken to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, despite the data being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request notification of the action taken to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
- To request compensation for damages if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
- To object if a detrimental result is produced by the analysis of processed data, exclusively through automated systems.
To exercise your rights listed above, you can submit your request, which includes the necessary information to identify you and an explanation of the right you wish to exercise, as stipulated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law. You can submit your request by filling out the form provided here, and submitting a signed copy of the form, along with documents confirming your identity, to "[business official address]" in person, through a notary public, or by other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law.
