Exchange and Return Policy
ARTICLE 13 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods/services subject to the contract to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address provided. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail ([EMAIL]) or telephone number [PHONE] within the same period, and the packaging and contents of the goods/services must be undamaged during testing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 and the preliminary information, which is an integral part of this contract and published on the wiyango.com website. In case of exercise of this right, the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the third party or the BUYER must be returned. The price of the goods/services will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal, and the goods/services will be accepted back within 20 (twenty) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations will not be refunded to the BUYER. The delivery cost of the goods/services returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 14 - GOODS/SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
For goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, the right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the goods/services are intact and unused.
ARTICLE 15 - DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on credit card transactions, the BUYER will pay interest to the cardholder bank and will be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement it has entered into with the BUYER. In such a case, the relevant bank may take legal action and claim any resulting costs and attorney fees from the BUYER. In any case, if the BUYER defaults on a debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER any losses and damages incurred due to the delayed payment of the debt.
ARTICLE 16 - AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding this value. In locations where a Consumer Court is not available, Civil Courts of First Instance have jurisdiction.
CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance selling contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: November 27, 2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping fees, which are the cost of product delivery, will be paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that the legal period does not exceed 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be returned complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and accompanied by any documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in their bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product terminates.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the Buyer's credit card was used improperly by unauthorized persons, and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs at the Seller's expense.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS:
If force majeure events beyond the Seller's control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request the order to be canceled, the product to be replaced with a similar product, or a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order, if the payment was made in cash, the fee will be paid in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the Buyer cancels by credit card, the product fee will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation. However, the bank may transfer the money to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The Buyer must inspect the goods/services covered by the contract before receiving them. Any damaged or defective goods/services, such as those with dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc., will not be accepted from the courier company. The goods/services received will be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned along with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address provided, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, provided that the BUYER notifies the SELLER using the contact information below.

PERIOD OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the Buyer is purchasing a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service begins with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
The costs incurred in exercising the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions set forth in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER. (If the invoice for the product being returned is from a corporate entity, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders with invoices issued to corporate entities will not be processed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
The return form must be returned complete and undamaged, along with the box, packaging, and any standard accessories.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The SELLER is obligated to return the total price and any documents binding the BUYER to the BUYER within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases due to the BUYER's fault, or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obligated to compensate the SELLER for losses to the extent of the BUYER's fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes or deterioration in the goods or product resulting from improper use during the right of withdrawal period.
If the discount amount falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited from the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
According to the Regulation, it is not possible to return underwear, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are prepared at the request of the BUYER or clearly in line with their personal needs and are not suitable for return, goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or whose expiration date is likely to pass, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after being delivered to the BUYER, products that are mixed with other products after being delivered and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under the subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if the packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, pursuant to the Regulation, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for services rendered with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be returned in their unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused packaging.
